We have an opportunity for a Delivery Lead - Storage & Backup for one of our client in Bangalore.

Job Description :

- An experienced Storage and Backup Technical delivery leader who has worked as domain expert and handled the technical delivery for multiple accounts with overall 13+ years in the Industry.

- The person must possess self confidence in his / her technical and project management abilities to lead and manage the day to day Storage technical delivery with experience in handling large distributed teams catering to multiple customers and geographies.

Person Profile :

- Client focused with regards to service delivery

- Experienced in handling multi-client environment

- Good analytical and Problem solving skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)

- Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution

- Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests in a timely manner

- Works well in handling Storage projects

- An ability to work well under pressure

- A flexible approach with - Can do- attitude

- Ability to provide clear and concise documentation

- Good at project delivery management and service management skill

- Good people management and leadership skills

Technical Skills :

Knowledge and practical experience of :

Mandatory knowledge and Hands-on :

- Good knowledge of Storage and Backup technologies across multiple vendors such as EMC, HP, IBM and NetApp

- Past leadership experience in handling complex technical deliveries

- Experience with Senior and Executive Management reporting

- Driving industrialization and cost reduction initiatives.

- Good at preparing Service Delivery reporting documentation with good presentation skill

- Ability to manage escalations and stress

- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English

- Good at building Client relationship and building confidence in a short time

- Excellent Project Delivery Management and client facing skills
