Delivery Lead- Sales and Fulfillment (order Management)
Responsibilities :
- Manage pre & post sales outsourcing deals, Deal costing, Due diligence and outsourcing advisory – location, language and competency strategy
- Work with various Business units to ensure SLA’s supply chain operations and
- Managing operations and customer relations from practice for large procurement customers
- Managing consistent delivery within budgets and ensuring adherence to operating costs and delivery performance indicators
- Delivering key business objectives focusing on Cost Management, Customer management, Employee Management, Knowledge Management and Business Continuity
- Leading Talent Management and business positioning to business growth and effective customer alignment
- Working with the Business Units to ensure growth across supply-chain functions.
- Focus on Creating a Centre of Excellence for Order management, SCM, returns and Inventory Recon. Operations
Skills Required:
- 15+years of experience in various aspects of Supply-chain, Pre-sales , Order management, BPO operations, Consulting, Process re-engineering & Management, Process transition management, Global Sourcing and Contract Management.
Functional Expertise:
- Supply chain Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Order Management, Warranty Management, Sales and Fulfillment, experience and expertise in BPO Operations management and Consulting, Vendor Development & Management, Business Strategy (operations, growth & benchmarking), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Volume Direct operations (Offer to Order and Order Management
