Delivery Lead - Robotic Process Automation - IT

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Delivery is responsible for large, complex RPA implementation projects or programs. Those projects and programs can be aligned to a large client mobilization, portfolio of technology investment initiatives or other special programs.

Following methodologies and industry best practices, this role will be accountable for delivering the desired outcomes and value of a project/program. These goals will be achieved leveraging our global network, working together and openly sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.

- May manage individual projects or coordinate a team of project managers

Program/Project Planning

- Understands and manages client and program stakeholders- goals and expectations and and assess impact on the overall business objectives

- Establishes agile teams and ensures their availability throughout the project

- Establishes and launches the Agile governance structure and processes including all applicable agile roles

- Trains project teams and stakeholders in Agile principles

- Ensures project and program adherence to Agile methodology including:

- Managing key artifacts like Product Backlog, Burndown chart etc.

- Strong and on-going client involvement

- Continuous integration

- Plans and manages iterations and releases

- Runs regular team meetings and ensures any blockers or issues are resolved

- Ensures open, productive, motivating atmosphere within the project team

Plan the projects based on the overall program business objectives

- May plan individual projects or coordinate implementation team project managers to i. Integrate all project work plans and clearly capture key milestones and dependencies

- Ensure adherence to program specific policies and standards, including use of tools and specified delivery processes

Program / Project Delivery and Management

Ability to lead multiple projects within a program and ensure that individual projects and PM's are adhering to good project management principles

- Configure work plan, including establishing the project resource pool

- Develop work plan, financial estimates and staffing plans

- Deliver the project within allocated budgets, regularly monitoring and reviewing project finances, providing updated forecasts and reporting financial status

- Validate schedule, dependencies, and resource utilization within work plan(s)

- Influence changes in scope, schedule, or resources to rebalance work or manage variances within the project
