HR Analytics - Delivery Lead

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in HR Analytics – at Sr. Level for a leading consulting organization services at Gurgaon.

Experience:

- Experience 8-14 yrs with MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes only having good exposure in HR analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create a global delivery strategy for each of the HR analytics tools in areas such as Talent Analytics, Change Analytics, Organization and HR Organization Analytics.

- Staffing and Scheduling and work plan development with project teams

- Driving global HR analytics process design and implementation

- Responsible for the delivery of Talent and Organizational performance Analytics projects.

- Development of business pipeline and demand generation in different market
