Service Delivery Lead - Global Payment & Accounting with a leading financial services
Description
Oversee the Global Payment & Accounting functions i.e. TEV and disbursement functions for various Business Units.
- Contribute towards various special projects and adhoc analysis.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement adherence.
- Oversee the reporting of financial metrics, scorecard data and MIS reporting for internal customers.
- Ability to drive continuous process improvement with successful results.
- Identify opportunities and / or challenges and develop plans to address.
- Continuous development of well thought out alternatives and solutions.
- Coordinate with business partners to ensure adequate level of involvement and support of business driven initiatives.
- Focused on operational excellence, customer service excellence and driven by transformational mindset
- Ability to work within a global team, which may require flexible hours of operation.
- Support the leader in building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and business partners to effectively influence the achievement of business results.
Experience
7-10 Years Leadership experience in managing medium to large teams
- Finance/ Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in driving results, managing performance, and leading change in dynamic environment
- Tactical and strategic thought leadership to create innovative solutions to business needs
- Excellent project management skills and proven track record with managing medium to large scale projects.
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Knowledge of Operational Risk, SOX, Control & Compliance, Accounting, and Audit.
- Must be flexible and willing to adjust schedule to meet project needs and changing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Six Sigma trained or certified a plus.
- Able to function in a fast paced environment, and be comfortable with change, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to learn quickly within complex, unstructured initiatives.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
