Delivery Lead - Banking Domain - IT Services Firm

Delivery Lead - Banking domain (US Clients) for a leading IT Services Client in Bangalore.

Job Profile:

- Would be responsible for delivery of Banking projects .

- Managing P&L for the Business Unit and accelerating the targets through the program management team and business development team. Be responsible for preparing, complying and tracking budgets for the BU.

- Will be responsible for building competencies

- Maintain P&L leveraging automation in software delivery

- Create an eco-system

- Will be responsible for customer relationship, top line and bottom line

- Core Focus on Application Development and maintenance.

Desired Profile :

- 15 years experience in an IT services organisation, handling delivery to banking clients in the USA market.

- Must have handled application development & maintenance, handled multiple accounts, a business volume of $20-35 million, with expertise in Vertical delivery (not looking for ERP/Testing delivery profiles).
