Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the financial accounting team in Global Accounting. He/ She will work towards process improvement and independent responsibility of handling the process. This would include working with customer and employee ensure deliverables are meet and improvement in process. The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Leading and contributing to the execution of strategies and address relevant accounting and reporting needs;

- Customer engagement and proactively looking at customer needs

- Partnering with internal customers &stakeholders across the globe to manage the large change for the Company.

- Working extensively with Process owners to improve teh process

- Partner with external consultants, when required to ensure efficient delivery of industry best practices
