- Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring & delivery in Staffing/Recruitment firm

- Managed large teams of Team leads/Managers & Recruiters

- Have handled 2 or more regions as head, pan India exposure preferred.

- Managing and Mentor a team of Managers, TL & Recruiters

- Driving the business function while ensuring Team Productivity and 100% Target achievement

- Identify and develop client business/relationships

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong commercial business acumen
