Job Description :
- Technically hands on (Understands project technology and conceptually clear)
- Project planning & estimation in line with customer expectations & end-to-end client engagement.
- Project issue and risk management.
- Manage each project in accordance with the plans and company's process framework.
- Report on project progress against plan, including effort, schedule, milestones, issues and risks.
- Efficient resource management and ensuring appropriate human capital utilization at all points of time.
- Project management and process training for the team members.
- Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality.
- Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non- compliance.
- Drive corrective measures proactively if non-compliance is observed in the project.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & build ongoing relationships with them and manage their expectations.
- Closely work with internal stakeholders including sales, account management to maximize the further project opportunities for the existing customers.
- Knowledge sharing and promoting the implementation of best practices across projects.
- Initiate and follow a counter-measure process if the project becomes off-track.
- Manage the collaboration portal and performance metrics management dashboards.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- B.Tech/B.E./MCA is preferable but not a restriction.
- 3+ yrs of experience in people management role.
- Working experience in a service Company setup and web based projects.
- Experience handling projects using Open source technology would be an added advantage.
