Key Responsibilities:

- Own and build the Delivery ecosystem thereby ensuring successful Service Delivery

- Define, implement and refine delivery strategies to ensure business objectives (Profitability, Quality, Responsiveness & Innovation) are met.

- Ensure effective Financial Management - holds P & L Responsibility

- Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management

- Visioning & Inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration & entrepreneurial spirit within the team

Associated Tasks:

Own and build the Delivery ecosystem thereby ensuring successful Service Delivery:

- Accountable to ensure quality execution in project level deliveries to drive satisfaction in the customer partner experience

- Set goals, monitor performance, diagnose the cause of problems, visualize creative solutions and follow through to deliver successfully. Provide timely consultation to Test Managers / Leads on test estimations, testing strategy and test execution.

- Monitor implementation against contractual obligations. Keep all internal and external stakeholders informed on risks and issues. Anticipate risks and track risk mitigation plans for critical projects. Identify & manage external partners (for specialized services) and internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Business Development) to ensure seamless delivery

- Prioritize the portfolio of IT projects on a day to day basis on behalf of management to ensure the maximum efficiency in allocation of resources and skills

- Operates as a specialist and consultant on all aspects of software testing and gives advice to both client/user and management to determine the most appropriate testing strategies for complex projects within the constraints and operational requirements of the organization

Define, implement and refine delivery strategies to ensure business objectives (Profitability, Quality, Responsiveness & Innovation) are met:

- Accountability for End to end Program / Project Management (planning, design, development, risk management, resource management and client interaction).

- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT and change projects

- Visioning for key Accounts in conjunction with sales with the objective of moving up the value chain in terms of our offerings

- Enable key business decisions by contributing to Sales Strategy & Business Development

- Identify unstated needs of customers and shape the customer's thinking in order to convert them to big opportunities for QK.

- Report on the effectiveness of testing for the whole organization and identify improvements to the testing process. Present improvement suggestions to colleagues and senior client/user management and manages their implementation. Set high standards of quality for all Delivery aspects within the team

- Actively support & engage with exerts & stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements

- Identify where changes are required, evaluate impact, advise stakeholders about implication / consequences & manage implementation

Ensure effective Financial Management - holds P & L Responsibility:

- End to end P&L responsibility for projects in terms of managing revenue, effort, cost, schedule management & profitability

- Track Project performance on Financial parameters and adherence to schedule based on Monthly Dashboards

- Track ROI for internal projects (for eg. Automation) / POCs

- Ensure optimization in resource allocation to project. Track and maintain optimum level of overall resource utilization

- Partner with Business Development team in mining existing accounts by exploring new avenues for increasing revenue

- Track and Implement measures to plug revenue leakages in projects. (ie. ensuring change requests are appropriately identified & billed; tight control on resource billing for T&M projects etc.)

Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management:

- Continually engage with customers (at a non-technical and executive business level), acting as an ambassador for QK thus ensuring key relationships are nurtured and developed to their full potential.

- Ensure good understanding of customer requirements & manage customer expectations. Drive the team to deliver successfully thereby taking complete responsibility of - wowing- the customer.

- Proactively educate team on customer's goals. Monitor measures of customer satisfaction and build customer focus in the team.

- Ensure adequate support to internal teams that support delivery (eg. Presales support to BD, Billing support to Accounts, Interviewers for HR etc.)

- Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and innovations to help shape the future direction of the services. Create incubation centers for new practices, drive change across multiple customer groups thereby creating value for the customer and the organization

- Support the strategic development of next level leadership in the team, build capability and empower people in key roles

- Determine the learning & development needs of the organization in line with business plan

- Empower, delegate and increase levels of individual accountability.

- Encourage & drive innovation and adoption of best practices across teams

- Setting up knowledge management process and repository for sharing learnings and assets across projects.

- Create strong morale and team spirit amongst diverse teams
