Delivery Head - Tech Firm

Key Responsibilities :

1. Drive the architecture, build, testing, with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters

2. Work together with the Product Owner and Business Analyst(s) to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines

3. Liaison with business stakeholders for new initiatives and existing apps and help define project objectives

4. Prioritize and provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state-of-the-art technologies

5. Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision for the Horizontal

6. Prioritize, plan and coordinate software development activities according to business requirements

7. Project status reporting to internal and business stakeholders

8. Design applications & architecture and hands-on with coding

9. Problem Solving Skills, Out of Box Thinker, Stretching Limits, Team Building and Managing, Entrepreneurial and Quick-Learner

10. Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans

11. Budgeting and tracking

12. Ensure adherence to change management and control process

13. Manage audit and BCP of apps and Liaoning with respective teams

14. Evaluation and research of new technologies/tools

15. Utilizing efficient and effective processes and standards for continuous improvement

16. Coordinate for vendor selection process (including RFPs and Pricing) and manage against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables)

Skills & Experience

1. ME, M Tech, B Tech, BE or MCA from a reputed college

2. 12-15 years' experience

3. Strong technical background with hands on experience in project management and web technologies especially .NET Stack

4. Must have exposure to cloud and DevOps processes

5. Exposure to building mobile applications would be an added advantage

6. Minimum of 4-6 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization / setup required

7. Must have at least 4-6 years' experience working through the design, development, release cycle and delivering software products to market

8. A record of successful delivery of software applications as a team leader and/or project manager

9. Team player with ability to work with people across various functions in the organization
