We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Delivery to join our dynamic team. This leadership role involves spearheading initiatives to launch our SAAS solutions across our enterprise customers in India. This role will oversee multiple functions at our that are core to implementing our SAAS solutions, this includes: launch, on-boarding, training and technical integrations.. This role will collaborate with pre-sales and sales organizations to establish success criteria for the customer, document SOWs, project manage across internal and external stakeholders, support UAT, and deliver/implement our solutions. A core area of responsibility will also include setting up scalable processes and play books to manage the function at scale.. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive launch strategies, incorporating in-depth research and data analysis, tailored for each module and industry. To own implementations which includes on boarding and integration
- Monitor metrics and develop actionable insights to improve the efficiency and performance of a new launch. Work with clients on various products and modules, advising them on best practices.
- Hustle and solve problems when unexpected issues inevitably arise as we pioneer a rapidly growing industry.
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable insights to enhance the efficiency and success of market launches. Collaborate with clients on various products and modules, providing expert advice and best practices.
- Provides technical leadership in directing the efforts of cross-functional project teams in the development and production release of all relevant project deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer expectations.
- Ensure that programme management strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. Contribute to overall business strategy.
- Take ownership of the programme, guidelines and any associated documents Initiate and develop creative and innovative programme management processes. Determine, set and deliver goals and objectives for the department within the Business Planning Process in line with the company's strategic aims and objectives.
Preferred qualifications:
- 12-14 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to working with Indian clients.
- MBA degree with extensive experience in client implementation of CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successful project execution and leadership.
- Consulting background, particularly with large companies, managing complex projects.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems for business teams.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and presentation tools.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a constantly changing work environment.
- Start-up mentality with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
