Delivery Head - Retail Analytics

A leading Analytics firm is looking for a Head of Delivery to manage the Hyderabad unit.

Principle Responsibility:

Keeping our promises to clients
- Lead team by continuously managing, monitoring and evolving our service delivery, policies, processes, and profitability, to enable us to fulfill our contracted promises to clients and ensure that we consistently deliver high quality service, on time and to budget.

Reports to:

Reporting

- To the Chief Executive
- To the Executive Team on a monthly basis
- To the Board on an ad-hoc basis

Main responsibilities:

- Ensuring that the contracted promises that we make to our clients are delivered on-time and to budget

- Actively cultivate practices that support the company vision and how this relates to day-to-day operations

- Manage our delivery team to performance management goals

- Ensure our service delivery is managed profitably and in-line with our business plan goals

- Manage a culture of continuous improvement by continually fine-tuning and updating our systems and processes

- Actively nurture the goal of making DenuoSource an enjoyable and extraordinary place for staff to work and for clients to engage with

- Proactively address problems and identify opportunities for increasing client satisfaction

- Maintain and develop rigorous reporting systems and culture within the team and to the Executive Team

Delivery duties:

- That our operations are as efficient as possible and that service delivery has operational processes, systems and procedures in place

- That each team member is clear about their role and responsibilities and that teams and their managers understand the company’s objectives

- That delivery processes are in place for each of the relevant service line activities

- That deliverables are in place for each service line activity and that these templates are actively managed and monitored

- That each engagement deliverable is of the requisite quality

- That new engagement processes are developed

- That lead times for each activity are accurately communicated throughout the business

- That the delivery team is appropriately resourced

- That our pricing policy is based on accurate analysis of the cost of each activity

- That all staff understand how project management relates to them and their role

- That delivery plans are in place for every client

People

- To manage and provide leadership of the delivery team

- To ensure that the team have the necessary skills to perform their job effectively

- To deliver to performance goals for delivery staff

- To actively nurture the goal of making DenuoSource an enjoyable and extraordinary place for staff to work

- To ensure that our business plan objectives are managed through the delivery team

Candidate Profile:

- Looking for an MBA with at least 11+years of relevant experience.

- Must have worked not less than 5 years in Analytics industry , preferably in the retail domain

- Must have experience of managing large team and projects

- Must have excellent industry/corporate network.

- Candidate must be willing to work in a growing organization
