Job description:

- Responsible for managing large portfolio of $40+ MUSD in PEGA.

- Good experience in Pega Delivery Practice

- Responsible for Business Growth in the domain.

- Should have handled large teams.

- Lead & Manage the - Pega CRM- Center of Excellence

- Strong Functional Knowledge in Pega NBAM, Pega DSM, Pega CPM, Pega SFA & Mobility Frameworks

- Deep Understanding of Pega PRPC Framework & Pega DCO Methodology and How Pega Projects are executed

- Own the - Pega CRM- Practice, in terms of People, Revenue, Mindshare

- Lead Enablement, Fulfillment, Thought Leadership, Tools & Solutions, Partner Management functions for the Pega CRM Competency

- Collaborate with Go To Market Team to write winning proposals, coming up with Solution Themes, leading the Estimation Models so that we can grow the Market Share

- Collaborate with the larger CRM / Customer Experience Practice to generate mindshare around Pega CRM

- Familiarity with User Experience Methodology & Approaches to ensure User Adoption is included as part of every Pega CRM Solutioning

- Manage Utilization, Cross Training, Enablement functions to drive Operational Excellence within the competency

- Groom Referenceable Customers, Drive Thought Leadership by bringing in Market facing solutions using Pega CRM Products, Present in Pega World Events to drive Alliance / Customer Mind Share

- Mentor Teams, Build High Performing Teams, Grow Technical Leadership within the Competency, leading several People Functions - Goal Setting, Performance Management etc.
