1.Manage large, complex projects/programs (50-100 people) while keeping risk to an acceptable level by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality

2. Lead diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments (multiple domains, geographies) to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our clients.

3. Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team. Directly supervises the work of Program & Technical Manager(s)
