Job Description:-

Job Responsibilities:

The role entails ownership and responsibility of delivering and managing IT solutions across industry verticals, diverse technologies and global locations

1. Management

- Plan and execute strategy for organizational and delivery efficiency

- Promote culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity

- Reporting to onshore counterparts/mgmt.

i. Delivery

ii. Resources

iii. Operations

iv. P&L

- Employee relations, development and training

2. Delivery Ownership

- Oversee and manage all delivery functions

- Client projects/Customer satisfaction

- Resource augmentation/allocation/utilization

- Delivery best practices, processes

- Create/Manage good recruitment delivery mechanism

- Forecast, and plan based on organization strategy/alignment

- Induction of yearly fresher batches and training

- Performance evaluations, grievances

3. Compliance & Quality

- Vendor security audits

- ISO/CMM

4. Project, Department level P&L. PMO, Governance

Desired Profile:

- Must have 15+ years of experience in the IT Services Industry, leading large size programs and proven delivery track record. Recent experience with USA BFSI (or US Mortgage)

- Proven experience of building, mentoring and managing large delivery teams, and delivering multiple complex projects on time and within budget

- Must have hands-on technology and architect expertise preferably in the field of Java/J2EE for at least 5+ years in the career

- Expertise in developing the strategic vision for IT delivery, planning, project management, and leading cross-functional teams with a proven track record of success

- Significant hands-on experience with project/program management, people management, technologies and quality processes is essential

- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, estimation, delivery methodologies and technologies

- Willingness to evaluate trends and identify appropriate technologies for IT delivery

- Empower good team spirit among teams, KRA/KPI definitions and appraisal reviews, planning to foster professional development and growth

- Strong negotiation skills, strives for win-win situations. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels in the organization
