Delivery Head - IT Staffing
- Grow the business in alignment with company business plans.
- Responsible for managing and enhancing existing Client relationships.
- Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation.
- Prioritize requirements and ensure optimum utilization of resourcing team, Willingness to guide resourcing team on resourcing front.
- Monitor operations for achieving performance goals and resolve any issues.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance and set achievable objectives.
- Create sales strategy specific to target markets
- Manage full sales/delivery life-cycle.
- Manage budget for assigned profit centers and achieve financial goals.
- Manage operations of profit centers according to policies of Business Unit.
- Evaluate processes and make adjustments to improve them and communicate it to Professional Services team.
- Coordinate with other departments in order to integrate the processes of Services.
- Participate in conferences and customer visits when required.
- Provide guidance to all team members and inspire them to provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for keeping positive environment on the floor
- Responsible for ensuring quality of delivery by screening and short listing resumes before sending to client.
- Should be aware of marketing bench consultants, sending hot lists, arranging interviews and negotiating rates with clients.
- Scrutiny of Contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms.
- Responsible in coordinating with clients for payments.
- Should work independently, able to work with others, and take responsibilities for team success.
- Should have a very good knowledge of onsite technical environments
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :
- BE + MBA with 16 to 18 years experience in selling IT staffing and solutions with various Direct clients, Implementation partners and Tier-1 vendors.
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional written / oral and excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Must have Lead and managed Professional Services performance.
- Must have active mid-level and Prime Clients.
- Must possess exceptional business acumen
- Must have demonstrated successes using a top-down selling approach with a passion for Account Building.
- Ability to identify and close opportunities to expand work with existing clients
