Job Description - Delivery Head

- Manage and oversee entire delivery team and oversee all project success.

- Forecast bandwidth for the delivery team.

- While not a technical role the Director needs to be able to mentor technical Salesforce delivery professionals.

- Apply project management expertise to identify and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimise cost savings for clients.

- Work on operations to add efficiency to project delivery.

- Own responsibility for overall success of projects through successful team and project management, forecasting bandwidth, utilizing extensive technical acumen, and managing clients escalations

- Develop team structure, hire team members, increase efficiency through optimized methodology.
