- Experience in leading GTM Strategy for the Cloud practice - Should have a solid P&L experience & a visionary mindset to drive business growth.
- Experience in establishing strong external ecosystem partnerships & driving market differentiation/leadership to create business value differentiations & unique value propositions among competing companies.
Should be a Technocrat with deep Cloud-Technology expertise. Proven skills in designing and delivering high-performance, secure, compliant, highly available Cloud based solutions.
- Experience building scalable team of solution architects & subject matter experts.
- Experience creating solution centres/POCs, showcasing company's core expertise in the cloud practice - with the ability to establish a unique, clear & specific use cases for enterprise customers.
- Strong Business Management: Strategic & tactical vision and execution plan, for business growth.
Market intelligence. Enabling effective project execution in tandem with delivery team(s). - Excellence in business forecasting accuracy. Strategizing market positioning statements, of solutions/services offered.
- Should proactively work with markets/Business Development teams across geographies to provide necessary practice support - RFP Responses, Solution Presentations, assisting in Creating Transformation Lead Solutions
- Demonstrate thought leadership by bringing out white papers, blogs, presentations and collaterals. Build capabilities, offerings, service accelerators and differentiators.

- Build and Lead the Cloud Practice.
- Manage the P&L and accountable for driving the Revenue Growth.
- Build Cloud Solutions capabilities, offerings, service accelerators and differentiators.
- Build a go-to-market strategy that highlights Xoriant's Cloud Solution offerings that best cater to the customer's challenges.
- Driving the Delivery Excellence in all Cloud Project - Work with clients to design and successfully deliver Cloud Infrastructure Solutions (Enablement, Security, Optimization, Operations & Framework Solutions).
- Lead the technical delivery, ultimate success, and delivery excellence in all cloud projects.
- Stakeholders & Expectations management .
- Responsible for delivering solutions architecture for major clients.
- Client Relationship Management (both pre-sales & post-sales).
- Be client CXO's trusted advisor & ensure client delight..
- Through use of IPs, automation and use of right skills mix improve project and account profitability.
- Play an active role in winning business - Pre-sales/Alliances.
- Build and grow relationships with alliance partners & cultivate long-term partnerships with customers.
- Analyse current and evolving market trends to develop long-term solutions, value propositions, partnerships/alliances
