- Deep understanding of Delivery & People management
- At least 16- 18 years of Delivery background
- From a Tier 1 organization
- Has managed a delivery set up of similar scale in his past experience ( ~1000 people), have handled at least 400 to 500 people with ability to scale
- Has spent time, at least 4-5 yrs, in customer facing roles at onsite (preference)
- Revenue management - has experience in managing the revenue targets of the IG
- Gross Margins sensitive and ability to improvise GM's
- Proven experience in building teams from scratch
- Competency building - should be able to streamline the hiring process based on the current trends and work towards building scale
- Has a good over all understating Dev/Test/Support areas
- Look for people with exposure to US Customers, some onsite stint in US
- Experience in Customer Interaction
- Experience in Financials and Operations
- Experience with Agile, Dev Ops
- Mandatory to have Experience with IMTS, Testing, DW engagements
