We have an urgent opening for an IT organization for Delivery Head (IT) - Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Manage Technical team size of 30-40, - Build, develop and deliver technology based solutions in the Research & Analytics domain

- Undertake R&D on new ideas/ thought leadership/ write & present white papers in global forums - Act as a bridge between R&A and rest of IT skill set within Datamatics

- Maintain and support technical tools used within R&A - identify potential IT investments in Collaboration with the Sales for new business opportunities,

- Identify existing architecture/product gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Research and identify trends in Architectures and Technology, Best Practices, Develop close relationships with high-level executives and managers in client's business and technology departments.

- Basic Knowledge about Market Research (optional, as of current) - but would need to build knowledge base (domain understanding) very quickly

- Understand Client Business Challenges and propose Business solutions to the client.

- Successfully lead client engagements ancl ensure high Client satisfaction levels thus building a strong base of Reference able accounts.

- Work with sales team for pre-sales and proposal related activities.

- Prepare and give presentations as required in the area of specialization

- People Development.

- Conduct Technical Interviews for staffing.

- Identify Knowledge and skills gap of team members; recommend them for suitable training programs (Technical / Behavioral I Quality).

- Act as Mentors and participate in Technical / Behavioral Competency Development of Team Members. Identify performers / achievers and recommend.

- Establish repositories of knowledge and best practice. *

- Career planning & gi'ooming: -Build a second line in Engagernent mgmt.

- Participate in career planning Sessions and grooming the team.
