Delivery Head - IT

The individual would be handling 30 to 35 clients simultaneously across USA, UK & Australia regions and will be working on multiple projects at a time of 3 to 4 months duration each. He will be managing a P&L of around $5 MN and take it to $25 MN over next 5 years. He will be leading a large team of 200 members including Studio/Project Managers, Testers, Developers, Business Analysts etc to start with and take it to 1000 in next 5 years- time frame. All the project deliveries will be under him.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing P&L of around $5 MN and take it to $25 MN over next 5 years. Managing 200 resources to start with and take it to 1000 in next 5 years.

- Managing 200 resources to start with and take it to 1000 in next 5 years.

- Strong understanding of Project Management and an ideal candidate should have grown from developer to Project Manager and to become delivery head.

- Strong understanding of processes and should have in past implemented for successful smooth delivery on auto mode.

- Should have handled global customers to include US/UK/Australia geographies. Preferable to have delivered small life cycle but large volume projects. Typical in product customization and implementation organization.

- Resource planning, management, and optimal assignment to ensure best resource utilization. Resource efficiencies and driving productivity improvements. Putting into place systems for tracking key metrics and using them for maintaining a culture of accountability

- Collaborative working with other members of the leadership and management team

- End to end ownership of delivery with focus on performance with respect to profitability and client satisfaction.

- Instituting OKR- s/Performance management to manage high performance in the organization.

Must have : 

1) BE / B.Tech (IT/Computers) / MCA from reputed institute

2) 15+ years of work experience

3) Delivery Manager handling multiple clients from across geographies preferably USA,UK and AUS.

4) Strong technical and managerial background

5) Should have handled P&L of around 10 MN in any of the roles coming from multiple clients.

6) Should have handled overall team size of more than 100

7) Strong Project management fundamentals in place

8) Should have exposure to leading IT Service or IT Product Organization

9) Excellent communication skills

10) Strong on people management and stakeholder management
