Education - B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree with long term experience (at least15+ years ) with one of the mid or large Tier IT services firm.

Job Details : You will be responsible for execution of the entire delivery of services, programs, projects, service expansion and people capabilities.

Responsibilities include :

Leadership :

- Provide leadership to delivery managers, project managers, business analysts and development teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset- does have a good balance between client expectation and delivery, go getter with "will do" attitude.

Delivery Excellence :

- Monitor projects, revenue yield per employee and client engagement to drive on-time delivery, project profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Continuously improve on the processes, governance, and quality of delivery. Ensure all processes and procedures, both internal to the team and interaction with other teams, are followed.

Operations Excellence:

- Identify training needs of the team. Plan and execute a structured approach to enhance the skill level and productivity levels of the team.

Professional Experience/Qualifications :

- 15+ years of total experience with at least 5 years as leading Delivery managers, Quality managers, and resourcing managers.

- Experience in delivering solutions on varied software applications & new age technology (IT Applications, Mobile Applications, Cloud Based Applications and Infrastructure, AI, Data).

- Understanding of service delivery models and experience in managing agile development projects is a must.

- Ability to communicate confidently at the leadership level and build meaningful internal and external relationships in both the technology and business organizations

- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

- Ability to define and enable a resilient delivery structure.

- Hire resources, whenever required.
