Delivery Head - India Operations (Staffing)
- Will be responsible for Delivery Operations including total implementation of processes & systems in the delivery vertical
- Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities
- Analysis of target markets and identifying potential clients and acquiring them.
- Brand building & marketing
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business & manage the team.
- Devising processes to improve on delivery & on-boarding
- Accountability and responsibility of the delivery against each opportunity received
- Meeting and exceeding the monthly targets of the team and the organization through effective planning & efficient delivery
- Strong acumen for gathering and analysing market intelligence.
- Nurturing client relationship and developing trust and confidence with seamless delivery.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
- Coordinating with Country head on the client requirements
- Client management.
- Account management.
- Team management.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments
- Training team leads and recruiters
- Assigning the tasks to team leads
- Ensuring the deadlines
- Meeting the targets for delivery
- Formulate new ideas and platform for efficient delivery to clients
- Keeping a check on the utilization of inventories on different job portals.
- Getting the best quotes from service providers
- Understanding the client requirements and drafting best plan for the speedy closure of the leads
Conducting periodic meetings with team
- MIS Management on the delivery status for each open and closed leads
- Support the manager in setting KRA's for members of their team & conduct regular review with members on performance & ensure that feedback is shared with members
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :
- 20+ years working with various Direct clients, Implementation partners and Tier-1 vendors.
- He /She should be a catalyst between sales and resourcing teams.
- The incumbents primary responsibility is for Delivery and working with the CEO. A good communicator, true leader, strong team motivator with good Combination of experience from NON- IT & IT staffing space.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively analyze clients needs and work in partnership to achieve common goals
- Demonstrated a proven track record in providing efficient and profitable customer service.
- Demonstrates experience of determining goals and priorities and indicates the actual means to achieve them.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate with clarity and authority in all situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify problems, recognizing important information, making links & finding causes.
