Delivery Head - Healthcare Payer - PMP

One of our client is looking for a Delivery Head for the Health Insurance Vertical. The brief JD is given below:

Job Description for Delivery Head

Responsibilities

- Handle Delivery Operations and Delivery Assurance in the Health Insurance.

- Responsible for Technical leadership, oversee People Practices, Talent Acquisition, IT Infrastructure etc.

- In charge of overall successful delivery of multiple projects within the stipulated budget and time-frame.

- Employee relationship and management, and quality assurance and control Manage multiple teams, projects and deliverables

- Run the Delivery Excellence initiative like Value creation, new technology rollout, etc.

- Exposed to ITIL, Waterfall & Agile models

- Closely work with Account Management for account growth strategies

Skill Requirements

- 16-18 years of Industry experience; At least 10 years Health Insurance project experience; At least 10 years of Project & Team Management experience

- Ability to manage large engagements (Over 100 team members) with distributed delivery location

- Experience in reporting to management on projects regarding resource utilization, implementation issues

- Experience in Delivery Management and Operational Goal Management, such as utilization, pyramid optimization, rotation, new hire induction, resource planning, budget and forecasting

- Good independent Process Management comprising metrics management, quality management, process (CMMi) management, CSAT (customer satisfaction) management

- Additional strong knowledge on Sitecore, Dynamics CRM is a PLUS

- Agile Development experience is a MUST.

- Technology Skills in area of .NET is a MUST

- PMP certification is a MUST
