Delivery Head - General Fabrication - EPC Background

Designation: General fabrication - Delivery head (EPC Background)

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Description:

- The candidate will be responsible for the complete operation of the fabrication business

- Responsible for managing factory operation and outsourcing operations

- Team handling skills are just as he will be handling a team of 50-60 people

- Prior experience in fabrication will be preferred

- Responsible for managing the all-project P&Ls, cash flow, margin, and key business matrices like DPO, DSO, CCC, etc.

- Scouting new factories and suppliers along with the team to expand the business operation

- Responsible for hiring his own team in case of the new addition of factories and suppliers.

- Responsible for monthly revenue and margin planning for the fabrication business and will be responsible for achieving this plan within timelines.

- Responsible for monthly reviews with senior management on billing, margins, factory optimization, operations profitability, etc.

- Optimizing the factory operating cost and enhancing the factory capacity.

- Handling multiple projects related to operations

- Optimizing the inventory available at factories and supplier's locations

- Maintaining all documentation at the factory required as per law like factory license, labor license, etc.

- Optimization of RM purchase and reduction in RM wastage at the source.

- Will be responsible for all supplier payments and reconciliation

- Managing the project margin as per the estimated margin structure.

- Will be responsible for working closely with the estimation team to ensure the correct estimation of the inquiries.
