Currently we have an excellent opportunity available for the post of Delivery Head (F&A/Transitions) [GM Level] with the KPO division of one of the leading global integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products across the globe.

JOB LOCATION- Chennai

The KPO Delivery Lead position's main responsibilities would include -

- Lead all F&A processes for the KPO. This will involve scaling up and transitioning the F&A processes to KPO, building the teams, Process Delivery (Setting the process, metrics & SLAs) and business engagement. These processes will primarily be in the MIS, F&A, Risk, Treasury and audit domains.

- Ensure that the scale-up, top line & productivity goals for the team are met, including service level, utilization and customer satisfaction. Manage the operational requirements of the customer on a daily basis

- Facilitate generation of ideas, analyze operational risks, address customer escalations and work with other KPO leads to mitigate risks and establish common goals to deliver value to the business

- Business engagement & capability development - Further expanding the F&A offerings

- Identify & implement process improvement opportunities within KPO

- Introduce the processes& practices complaint with CMMi-SVC Level 3, and aim for certification in a year or two

PLEASE NOTE:

- CA (1995 to 1998 batch passouts) with min 15 years of relevant experience with atleast 5 years of experience in setting and scaling up F&A KPO processes.

- Position is based in Chennai and will require frequent travelling. Candidate with Agri-Commodity or FMCG experience would be preferred.
