Delivery Head - Executive Search
- We are seeking a strong Delivery Head with rich background in Recruitment / Staffing industry.
- He/She should be a catalyst between BD and resourcing teams.
- The incumbents primary responsibility is for Delivery and working with the Top Management. A good communicator, true leader, strong team motivator with good experience from recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Responsible to Work closely with the Client Account Manager, Team Leaders and Business Development Manager - to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritizing the requirements.
- Acts as a dedicated or designated liaison between the company & clients, improves client satisfaction by meeting their service level agreements.
- Creates a working environment that is conducive to individual growth & motivates high performance.
- Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating and perpetrating effectively create a professional, healthy, accountable work force.
- Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership.
- Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly.
- A seasoned professional preparing and analyzing recruiting data and effectively communicating and presenting research findings to the senior management.
- Possess the ability to organize and independently manage various teams and/or processes simultaneously.
- Delegating requirements amongst the team members and empowering the team, setting the right expectation for the team in line with the organizational goals.
- Mentors and coaches, on demand for a range of internal and external activities, senior mentor with strong personal pull using every opportunity to develop and nurture teams.
- Should be able to source, train and on-board fresh talent with appropriate skills.
- Should be able to handle the training process end to end including preparation, implementing & execution of the training materials.
- Timely feedback to the respective team members on quality and deliverables.
- Ensuring a healthy competitive spirit amongst the team members to achieve the targets set.
Client level Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing and penetrating existing client account and fulfilling client manpower needs.
- Monitors and ensures adherence to client policies and procedures.
- Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction.
Team Management Responsibilities :
- Prioritizing the open requirements and assigning to the recruiters.
- Getting feedback from clients for efficient hiring process.
- Setting Daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team and setting Rewards and repercussion.
- Recruiters performance metrics and MIS reporting to the MD.
Business Enabling Responsibilities :
- Support HR Department in internal; hiring and resource management.
- Support HR for orientation of new hire.
- Support finance team in invoicing and collection.
Qualification :
A Master's degree in Business Administration is a definite added value
Skill Set :
- Must have 10+ years of experience in Recruitment Industry and minimum 3 years in leading deliverables with multiple teams.
- Should have experience in managing teams of 50+ recruiters. Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand
- Should have strong recruitment background. His/Her primary KPI's would be Deliverables (on time).
- Should be able to independently plan, execute and build teams which could deliver and partner with business with proven track record.
- Comfortable in effectively coordinating with all business units across the global clientele.
- Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Proven track record of being an effective people manager who is active in coaching, one-on-one and performance reviews
- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for Account Building.
- Ability to identify and close opportunities to expand work with existing clients.
