Responsibilities:
- Hire, retain, and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team.
- Increase the speed of onboarding of new customers and ensuring realization of SaaS revenue within the defined timelines.
- Ensure successful delivery of all projects assigned to Delivery Centres.
- Lead the financial health of the projects that are delivered by Delivery Centres. Also, ensure there is no leakage of revenue by providing support within the agreed SLA through the support organization.
- Work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams toensure we have the right offerings and capabilities that meet customer and market expectations.
- Review, assess and define the tools and processes required to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain forecasts for staffing resource planning.
- Prepare monthly reports with an emphasis on staff use, utilization, resolution time, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Establish and cultivate a solid working relationship with customers through building relationships with critical stakeholders (C-level Leaders, IT Directors, and IT Managers).
Profile Expectations:
- Customers first approach.
- MBA or advanced degree in a management field, or experience leading business functions including bookings and P&L.
- 15+ years of experience managing professional services teams and offshore delivery teams.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS domain.
- Experience building and managing offshore delivery centres teams.
- Demonstrated communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on negotiating and delivering successful projects.
- Experience working with a cross-functional team and geographically dispersed customer base.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, services projects to the C-Suite level of executives.
- Ability to drive strong revenue growth and maintain profitability of all accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of an Enterprise B2B SaaS product.
