Role - Delivery Head - Utilities Domain
Location - Noida, Chennai, Bangalore
0. Managing a Vertical with multiple accounts end-to-end from account delivery, contractual delivery, production support, new project development, people management, profit and loss management, revenue targets / margin goals, customer relationship, etc.
1. Managing applications / operations on a day to day basis in production support, to resolve production problems and ensure applications availability. Managing account delivery within the contractual SLAs. Managing multiple development projects/programs successfully within the timelines and budget.
2. Managing globally diverse onsite / offshore team members, technical experts and business analysts towards account goals. Managing performance of the team members, growth of team members, providing people leadership.
3. Thought leadership to grow the vertical, ability to take revenue/margin targets and devising strategies to grow the existing accounts, and bringing in new businesses.
4. Ability to work closely with sales teams, business development functions and other corporate functions to grow the vertical.
5. Managing overall customer relationship and being responsible for high customer satisfaction for all accounts in the vertical.
6. Managing vertical financials, margins, revenue targets, and overall financial health of the vertical with several accounts.
7. Ability to setup Offshore Delivery Centers with high competency teams, enabled by setting up of Quality, Security, Connectivity, IT governance and Disaster recovery plans, business continuity plans.
8. Ability to manage PMO function, Customer Reporting, etc. Provision of statistics and reports on account performance to senior IT Management.
9. Deep knowledge in IT Outsourcing, Global Delivery Models, Transition and Transformation methodologies, Tools, Processes and Methodologies.
10. Deep knowledge in CMMi and ITIL Process sets.
11. Deep knowledge in procurement processes, contract management, contractual processes, SLAs, terms and conditions, ability to review/accept contractual risks, etc.
12. Ability to develop partnerships and alliances with key market stakeholders and companies towards growing the vertical.
13. Traveling frequently to various customer locations, and meeting various customer stakeholders on new business opportunities, and to review existing account status, etc.
14. Ability to manage customer relationships, interacting at the highest levels in client organizations (CxO levels) with ease.
15. Manage a revenue of 75+ MUSD.
