Job Description
- Working with Delivery and Project Managers and other team members to ensure processes and procedures are documented and implemented and to manage and meet commitments, requirements and expectations from clients
- Take action to ensure that Organisation's performance requirements as they relate to business requirements and business objectives are satisfied

The company recognises that gaps in chronic disease management are exacerbated due to the current paradigm of episodic care which is unable to provide continuous care and coaching to patients with chronic conditions. Moreover, low levels of health literacy which adversely affects patient's ability to adopt a healthier lifestyle. As a result, patients find themselves grappling with the increasing cost of care brought about by the high risk of complications and hospitalisations.
Powered by artificial intelligence, the disease management platform is specially designed to address these gaps. They company plays the role of an on-demand nutritionist, educator, fitness coach and counsellor, enabling patients to develop the skills they need to prevent, manage and even reverse their chronic conditions
Description
- Accountable to ensure Service Levels are met
- Assuring operational compliance with the Agreement and ensuring that we fulfil our obligations under the Agreement, including all obligations relating to deliverable
- Establishing and executing the account management disciplines, business management processes, and associated reporting
- Ensuring prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues and accountable for resolving escalated issues according to governance escalation procedures.
- Ensuring that performance requirements as they relate to the strategic business planning (business and architecture, strategic options, business assessment, business operating plans) requirements are met
- Staffing and leading Service Delivery Management team
- Deliver the governance reports as agreed
- Responsibility for ensuring training completion as required by the agreement
- Providing process ownership for Service delivery processes
Profile
- 12+ years of IT experience with extensive exposure to project, program and Service Delivery management for strategic clients in US/Europe
- Excellent delivery track record fuelled by strong leadership and a strategic outlook and backed by solid people management skills; ability to communicate effectively with executive, business and technical audiences located across the globe.
- Extensive experience in working with customers having global operations and with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Exposure to and good understanding of Life Sciences industry
- Service Delivery Management
- Work with internal IT and Business Partners
- Is a Compliance champion in US and Europe Life Sciences Regulatory environment
- Understands and exhibits Core IT and Business architectural knowledge and is able to articulate delivery around interoperability and multi-stakeholder environment
