We have a Head position open with our Analytics clients based out of Bangalore.

Position: Leadership Role - Delivery Head - CPG/Retail

Job Description:

- Manage large project accounts, which require engaging with customers at C level.

- Lead Delivery Management

- Account management & client governance for CPG/Retail clients

- Work with leadership team to grow the CPG/Retail vertical revenues according to company targets.

- Includes managing customers and their expectations.

- Manage and grow such customer relationships

- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders.

- Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations.
