Job Description -
BE / B.Tech with total experience 12 to 20 years.
- Leadership level and Team handling role.
- Vast experience in core banking system, ancillary and surrounding solution
- Should have experience & done end to end implementation for clients in all tiers
- Effective Client and stakeholder management skills
- Project, program and delivery experience
- Should have deep functional & technical skills
- Very good understanding and interpretation skills of RBI circulars and upcoming requirements and existing requirements, RBI compliances etc. in relations to software, hardware, CBS, business compliances for clients etc.
- Very good communication & presentation skills
- No reservations on traveling onsite on short, medium and long term
- The incumbent will be an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading multiple teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders along with the right attitude and flexibility to adopt is key as also the ability to work in partnership.
- Proven large team management capabilities, process capabilities, solution building and usage for internal solutions, and growth & innovations initiations.
- Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes.
- Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles.
- Tracking milestone achievement and driving unbilled liquidation
- Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings.
- Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities.
- Account P&L - Protect projected revenue, drive GP improvement and billing as per the guidelines without leakages.
- Zero Escalation or minimum escalation from projects and customers. Address all escalations with direct supervision and stakeholder management.
- Project Planning & Project Execution Participates in negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for the service.
- Handling Change request in Project Management and add revenue via identifying and negotiating on CRs.
- Leadership - significant experience in leading change and implementing strategic plans.
- Financial Management - should be skilled in financial planning, budgeting, cost allocation and reporting. Experienced in developing and presenting business value cases.
