Delivery Head is accountable for the overall cross-domain delivery of services for clients across APAC regions. The Delivery Head oversees service transition, service delivery, service level agreements, on going process improvements, contractual compliance, metric attainment, has full accountability for regional client teams P&L, and manages to agreed financial margins within the commercial model. The role requires relationship management with the client and all internal teams connected to the delivery of outsourcing services to the client across regions The Delivery Head develops, maintains and supports a long term strategic view of the relationship and advocates for both the client and the Organisation to ensure that the priorities of both organizations are balanced in partnership. The Delivery Head reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for Operations delivery across APAC locations.
Responsibility Areas
- Business Planning - Global
- Participate in the development of the market specific goals and priorities.
- Develop the region wise client team-specific annual budget.
- Actively consider and identify any client impact that may result from internal organizational developments, and work with the client and the BU to manage resultant changes.
- Calibrate client-specific annual budget with domains to ensure execution is possible.
- Collaborate with VPs/Directors to ensure that client team succession plans are in place for key resources and structured to maintain client services.
- Establish measurable goals/targets for all regions Client Delivery
Client Relationship Management
Develop, maintain and support a long-term strategic view of the relationship, and advocate for both the client and Organisation to ensure that the priorities of both organizations are balanced in partnership, Meet margin targets and expand margin targets over time, Ensure that business continuity plans are established and documented,
Operations Management
Overall accountability for delivery of services to the client and management of such services to the client in the market, Accountable for ensuring that, at a minimum, client-specific Service Levels (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, Drive standardization, continuous process improvement, and integration across domains and market.
Financial Management
Lead execution on, and manage adherence to, client and market P&L plans and provides, Accountable for planning and overall delivery of services in accordance with contractual terms and management of renewal and/or stated provisions, Work with Directors to understand and manage to overall headcount and compensation budgets for the market,
Team and Resource Management
Create an effective working environment focused on associate development, satisfying work experiences and accountability for results, Align managers and associates within the team to client and market P&L plans, Responsibility of Capability enhancement - Partners with L&D team to understand client and business needs, as they pertain to L&D strategies, policies, programs, and services. Collaborates with the Market Ops. teams to share overall regional L&D perspective; builds proactive plans and relationships to foster associate growth to meet the needs of clients.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional level work experience.Certified Payroll Management and/or Certified Human Resources designations will be an added advantage.
20+ years of leading cross cultural teams spread across the globe experience.
Domain Skills:
Delivered in a variety of challenges and multiple experiences in operations and/or IT management including P&L ownership.
Proven track record on executing on client deliverables at leadership level.
Advanced financial negotiation experience.
Established client relationships and strong consulting experience.
Technical Skills:
Training / certification in any quality methodology (like Six Sigma, Lean, and TQM etc.) will be an added advantage
Working knowledge of MS Office with expertise in - Excel- functionalities - Advance.
Experience leveraging the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within projects or operations.
