Delivery Excellence Lead - KPO

As Delivery Excellence (DX) Lead, you will undertake end-to-end process/program management of a variety of delivery operations projects.

Will play a key role in driving process innovation and productivity across the company.

You will:

- Work with leadership to evaluate problems and conceptualize projects

- Define relevant processes, optimize, execute, automate, and maintain them

- Apply Design Thinking principles to process design and innovation

- Apply lean practices for process improvement

- Perform regular analysis, reporting, and generate insights for key stakeholders

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:

- 5-9 years in program management and process excellence roles, preferably in technology industry

- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills

- MBA from reputed institute preferred
