Delivery Director - IT Staffing for a Global IT Services Company

Role & responsibilities :

- P&L responsibility of delivery of IT staffing / IT recruitment projects

- Plan, Forecast and Manage Demand & Supply of resource for each client.

- Establish recruitment process SLAs, hold the team accountable for those SLAs and manage the SLA dashboard

- Utilize operations KPI to track progress and optimize the sales process Lead Multiple client delivery, meeting revenue, gross margin, and client satisfaction goals.

- Building strategy & driving entire recruitment team to make sure hiring goals for all clients are getting met on time.

- Emphasis on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Master's degree with 10+ years experience in handling delivery of IT Staffing projects to the IT Services clients

- People Manager with demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative.

- Strong record of achievement, solid recruitment exposure, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
