Delivery Director - Banking Domain - FinTech Products - Banking/BI/Analytics Industry

Experience Requirements: -

- You have a deep passion about the Banking/BI/Analytics space

- You have hands on experience in development, implementation, interacting and managing customers and then moved on to a managerial role

- You have experience in working with industry standard Project Management tool, handling time bound projects of customers, project costing, time sheet management, reporting metrics and managing projects within budgets

- You have deep banking functional understanding and a deep technology solution orientation

- You have worked in a product/services company managing the - delivery of promises-

- You have been a planner and owner of goals being met through various resources in hand

- You enjoy working with talented people, building teams, mentoring people and all the while ensuring promises to clients are delivered

- You are comfortable partnering with clients and with setting the right messages and having difficult conversations, while being solution oriented. You understand the Banking industry and/or BI/Analytics arena in a functional and/or technical capacity

Personality Traits:

- You are self-motivated and enjoy operating & delivering results in an uncertain environment, building clarity & structure along the way

- You have high levels of ownership & enjoy taking responsibility and orchestrating multiple threads to meet the goal/objective

- You believe Solution & Result orientation trump Process and Hierarchical structures

- You have strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities

As an alternate profession, you would be a master strategist/tactician in an army planning on gaining ground creatively leveraging your people and other resources

Other Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed B-school, ideally with an engineering background and some experience working in/with the Banking/BI/Analytics industry. 12+ years of work experience in relevant roles.
