The purpose of the job or role
Why it exists :
- To assist Head of corporate quality in ensuring deployment of integrated quality management system within an Operating unit
Primary Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities of this job include :
- Train and Certify new transitions on iQMS
- Engage with Black belts, MBB- s, and operations to ensure deployment of iQMS in their domains
- Represent the domain for showcasing iQMS offering to prospective clients
- Publish a quarterly report on iQMS deployment for all processes in their domains
- Engage with Black belts, MBB- s, Operations to close Non conformities reported in quarterly audits.
- Assist DAM special initiatives in driving iQMS deployment improvement projects in their domains
- Perform Internal audits as per schedule agreed with ACM
- Work with ACM in conducting iQMS training's in their domains as per agreed frequency
- Ensure that associates in his domains are certified on iQMS certification programs in line with their grades

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements :
Educational Requirements : Graduation
Certification Requirements :
- Lean or Green belt certified, Certified Internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008, exposure to Information security standards and CMMI standards
Total Experience : 7-10 years in quality or continuous improvement function
Shift : Willing to work in all shifts (currently general shift)
