Delivery Assurance Leader - IT Sourcing - Bank

A leading foreign bank is looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, delivery assurance.

Job Description:

Vendor Specific Responsibilities

1. Delivery Assurance - Working with the vendor to enhance delivery and quality metrics.

2. Risk oversight & control - Offshore environmental / protect model, act as escalation point for critical issues, oversee compliance within vendor organisation on offshoring (specific or generic) policies / frameworks & audits, on the ground compliance oversight.

3. Vendor behaviour and cultural alignment - multiple dimensional, process performance, Client satisfaction, Financial benefit, People / resources & infrastructure capabilities.

4. Scope Control enforcement - drive a rigorous governance mechanism to ensure that scope control of the vendor footprint aligns with offshoring policies (SOP, FMEA, OBI adherence, etc)

5. Vendor value enhancement - driving innovation / moving up the value chain, enhancement of new capabilities - optimise vendor contributed value (aligned with overall O&O strategy)

6. Driving organization behaviour / Manage stakeholders within organization's- Create engagement within the company to keep the engagement successful, create & maintain appropriate level of trust through stakeholder management

7. Budgetary oversight - oversight / control of vendor spend, ensuring that pricing, etc aligns with GFA. Advisory / oversight of GFA / contractual discussions

8. Own and drive offshore client service strategy in alignment with broader Client Service initiatives

9. Peer / competitor collaboration/ benchmarking and innovative engagement / sourcing models through sourcing acumen & industry trends

10. Broader contribution to O&O community in organization's( group wide) - O&O expertise, Vendor capabilities & contribution etc
