Delivery Architecture - TOP Management Role -gurgaon (togaf / Zachman)

An Esteemed client of Elixir Web Solutions is looking for Experienced Enterprise Architect Professional for a TOP Management role based out of Delhi NCR.

He will be completely accountable for driving the technology change elements forward for the department ( which majorly focuses on provides and supports applications globally) through design, development and testing phases of the SDLC.

Overview of the role :

- Collaborating with the Solution Management team (specifically the Lead Solution Architect) and Enterprise Architects to understand overall Future State Architecture . strategy/roadmap for the department.

- Communicating the designed strategy to the department. This person will have overall Provide oversight to the delivery architects in the group to ensure the solutions being proposed are not only consistent with target architecture but providing pragmatism when appropriate with respect of achieving the art of the possible from a delivery standpoint. This person will be one of the key delivery stakeholders in reviewing and accepting the solutions being proposed

- Own and manage the overall delivery technical processes and toolset adoption within the group to achieve the technology goals for the department.

- Drive the environment strategy and be responsible for pre-production environment planning and champion any engineering activities required to achieve the above.

- Managing the demands on the team ensuring focus is on meeting objectives set out for the department.

- Coordinating with Stakeholders and CXO Level Professionals

Brief about the Job Responsibilities :

- Managing Teams of Delivery Architects / Solution Architects.

- Designing Architecture with Collaboration with Architects and Key Technology Stakeholders.

- IT Governance / Process / Standards

- Highlight risks and issues in a prompt and timely manner and give clear and concise details of resolutions

- Interact with customers to understand their problems, provide solutions or workarounds

Urgently looking for experienced Senior Enterprise Architects with deep understanding of architecture practices grounded in a foundational architecture framework such as TOGAF or Zachman with proven experience in Web Applications / Desktop Applications / SOA /Content Management Systems / Configuration Management/ J2EE Application Servers, Security Models, Database technologies, Enterprise Messaging and EAI.

- Demonstrated expertise as an IT architect with knowledge of architecture principles, IT industry standards, system integration approaches, service design, solution modeling, building block design, systems behavior analysis, architecture views and trade-offs

- Strong familiarity with program me and project management techniques based on PRINCE2 or agile techniques with a focus on change and value / benefit management

- Experience of best practices development methodologies, including Agile/DSDM/XP

- Enthusiasm for an agile approach to development and desire to do things the right way whilst remaining delivery focused
