Delhivery - Senior Manager - Program Manager - Business Solutions/Strategy/Data Analytics

You will be part of the Enterprise Solutions Design team and work on designing warehousing and transportation solutions for our clients across B2B, D2C segments. This role is pivotal in monitoring performance of the solutions, executing strategies and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and designing supply chain and logistics solutions tailored to the customer's needs.

- To gather data collection and verification of assigned project

The candidate is required to work with cross-functional teams, from BD to engineering and operations to stitch together solutions that solve customers' needs. The candidate must have the drive to innovate and question the norm, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership.

- Conducting cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.

- Presenting and explaining solution designs to clients and internal teams.

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest logistics and supply chain trends and technologies.

- Ensuring compliance with Delhivery and industry standards in all proposed solutions.

- Managing and coordinating project implementation when necessary.

- Performing risk assessment and management for all proposed solutions.

- Providing technical support and training for implemented solutions.

- Travel to FC/warehouses will be a part of the job role and candidates must be willing to do so

Requirements:

- Min 2-3 years of experience in the Consulting industry ONLY

- Candidates from Tier 1 institutes are only preferred

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is preferable, not mandatory

- Intellectual and analytical curiosity - an initiative to dig into the why what & how.

- Strong number crunching and quantitative skills. Strong data analytical skills required

- Ability to think of solutions through the first principle method.

- Candidates with experience in inventory optimization, understanding material handling equipment, conducting man-hour and SKU inventory analyses (ABC), managing KPIs, carrying out continuous improvement activities, analyzing deliveries, managing business costs, warehouse operations productivity and efficiency will be preferable, not mandatory

- Proficiency in using PowerPoint to communicate with customers and experience in making presentations.

- Ability to accurately understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions.

- The candidate should be a flexible, innovative, reliable, and tenacious team player.

- Effective communication and Negotiation skills.

- Should be open to travel.
