1. Scout relevant warehouse options as per the operational needs of the organization.

2. Building a solid network of developers and brokers who can fulfil the warehousing requirements of the organization.

3. Reduce/optimise the rental spend.

4. Oversee the operational activities such as timely rental payouts, proper maintenance of the premises.

5. Ensure construction of warehouse as per defined specifications, layouts and timelines.

6. Improve the quality of warehousing to ensure zero/minimum operational issues because of construction/maintenance issues.

7. Manager developer relationship.
