- Sourcing Talent through portals
- Good Interviewing Skills
- Talent Acquisition and Creating a strong talent pipeline
- Build and develop a business within Technical Recruitment
- Build a client and candidate universe and subsequently meet targets
- Personal & team adherence to professional business practice and a development of commercial awareness
- Strong in excel, word, outlook and reporting skills, creating reports, analyse and bridge process gaps
- Review & Drive team for success
- Foster long-term relationships with candidate / clients
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate or Post graduate preferably
- 6+ years of relevant experience of recruitment for IT/Technology sector
- Must be excellent in relation with Hiring Managers
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication;
- Strong Analytical and Data Management skills;
Job Responsibilities :
- To lead a team of Recruiters, Sr.Recruiters & TL.
- Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements.
- Training/ mentoring new team members.
- Team target setting
- Motivating team members / resolving queries / problems.
