- Responsible for building a Cross Border sales pipeline, providing leadership in market research, competition analysis & business intelligence & develop go-to market strategy for bringing clients on board.
- Working with both Indian & Foreign Market Places to list and integrate Sellers seamlessly
- Providing solutions and integrating with Global Cross Border Solution providers to become their preferred partner/carrier
- Ensure weekly progress reports are sent & data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system (Sales force).
- Developing, executing and delivering the company's Client Servicing strategy
- Building proposals that speaks to the clients- needs and interaction with internal delivery, finance, legal, marketing teams in developing account specific communication.
- Providing leadership and direction to direct team and ad-hoc teams of cross-functional technological resources to ensure the successful investigation, resolution and communication of all production or potentially client impactful incidents.
- Explore and support cross selling opportunities by working closely with other BD verticals
- Support the Finance team in collections from clients.
