STATUTORY COMPLIANCE:
- Maintenance of statutory records
- Applying and renewal of labour license, labour returns submission, Handling inspection.
- Remittance of PF/ESI/PT/ LWF. And handling inspection.
- Salary and wage Administration, Bonus and Increment.
- Adhering Safety norms and organizing for Fire drill, Fire evacuations program, First Aid Training Programs and preparation of Flow Charts for the same.
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS :
- Hands on experience in handling Union employees.
- Taking Disciplinary actions, Conducting Enquiry, preparing enquiry report, issuing charge- sheet, Show cause notice and following separation process if required as per the procedures.
- Responding labour office communications.
- Handling labour court cases.
- Knowledge about Consequences in the case of non compliance.
- Should have an ability to handle contract labour, Knowledge on area of IR (industrial disputes), personnel administration etc.
- Extensive experience in policy formulation and administration for HR activities like Manpower Budgeting & Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Job Evaluation, specification and description, Performance Management, Organizing training and Development Programmes.
- Hands on experience in general administrative activities, Personnel Management, Corporate Policy Implementation, across assignments.
- Should be Well-versed with employee Welfare, statutes/regulations & Discipline Management.
- Experience in smooth settlement of IR related issues.
- Manpower planning, preparing organization structure and ensuring in time recruitment.
- Ensure effective IR activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory, EMS and QMS requirements.
- Ensure promotion of healthy employee relations at all manufacturing locations. Developing and enhancing People Engagement
- Management of Contract labour.
- Liasion with various local government bodies & political parties- Factory insp, Labour office, Muncipal corp.
- Maintaining Positive IR environment/ Union Free environment.
- Interaction with local bodies & Government agencies.
- Implementation of all HR policies.
- To Conduct various committee meetings.
- Initiating disciplinary actions.
- Managing Labour court matters.
- Long Term Settlement signing & implementation.
