Delhivery - Senior Manager - Compliance & Regulatory - Customs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Setup the new clearance gateway and enhance the current clearance capacity at the facilities.

- coordinate with the port authority, custodian and customsfor smooth flow of Import & Export of shipments.

- Lesioning and coordination with customs authority for renewal of clearance licenses and any additional require permissions.

- Train the team for updated regulatory processes, notification and guidelines along with regulatory processes training to BD and CS.

- Maintain clearance performance trackers and publish daily clearance performance report

- Standard process setup for movement of import and export of shipments and assistance to internal external stakeholders for require process setup along with coordination with tech

- Regular meetings with clients and external vendors with performance review

Person Specifications:

- Custom F- Card Holder of Customs Regulation

- Hands On experience of Import as well as Export customs clearance for Courier Terminal, Cargo ports/ Sea ports along with DG goods handlings with its process/certification

- Knowledge of Customs Act, rules & regulations with FTP, FERA, FTWZ, STPI, SEZ, EOU, Bonded WH along with Advance license, EPCG, Export benefits schemes and ATA carnet

- Dealing with customs officials, DGFT, CELEBI and EICI from lower to higher level with exposure of Statutory compliances and legal challenges

- Internal Public Version 1.0

- Customs clearance License procurement knowledge for Courier and Cargo along with other required certification procurement like IATA, MTO etc.

- Systems and process establishment capabilities with 100% compliance

- EDI exposure and BOE/SB filling capabilities along with HS classification knowledge

- Customized cost-effective solution provider to clients- internal or external based on their queries and requirement
