Purpose: The purpose of the role is to ensure a focused growth in the existing business of the allocated geography. This will involve both aggressive acquisitions and revenue growth from the existing base. People Manager role involving managing KAM's based across the state

- Responsible for retaining and growing the clients base

- Cross functional interaction with ops, CS, collection and billing teams
Person Specifications- Skillsets/Education
- Educational Background - MBA / B.Tech preferred - Functional Skills - Good geography and clients knowledge, Market Intelligence, Business Acumen, Aggressive Hustler, LTL/PTL Product knowledge
- Experience - 10 -15 years of experience in new client acquisition, hunting new accounts, deal closure and negotiations along with onboarding them. Preferably from Logistics/Supply chain.
- Behavioral Skills - Good communication and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills in the areas of problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up. Ability to lead a team. Ability to work with minimal direction, be organized, have the ability to prioritize commitments and projects.
