- Evaluate warehouse automation opportunities

- Coordinate with vendors/partners for trials and pilots

- Understand the solutions available in the market and identify suitable options

- Understand the WMS and document the integration touchpoints

- Understand warehouse design and integrate the automation solutions with the design

- Prepare ROI and payback period calculations for identified automation solutions

- Coordinate closely with vendors for the design and implementation of solutions in warehouses
