Delhivery - Senior Associate - Automation & Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

- Designing layouts/calculating area requirements for Delhivery's warehouses.

- Planning the specifications and distribution of assets and material handling equipment inside and across all facilities

- Tracking capacity of facilities and taking pro-active calls on re-locations/ capacity enhancements basis varied business requirements

- Ownership of planning all the capital expenditure requirement by Delhivery for operations

- Supporting the operations function in all infrastructure and equipment requirements

- On-site/off-site project management for making all the new facilities LIVE with required infrastructure and automation equipment

- Conducting Time-and-motion studies to benchmark and audit productivity nos. for continuous improvement in equipment/facility design

Qualifications:

- B.E. degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

- Strong leadership skills

- Must have prior working knowledge of CAD software and Excel
