Deliverables
- Champion the staff welfare agenda based on the tenets of employee advocacy and fairness
- Establish formal / informal channels to connect with the employees / associates to understand the pulse of the people
- Readdress formally raised employee grievances and queries in line with agreed timelines as well as applicable policy guidelines
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify BU / Geography specific needs / concerns, and liaise with the stakeholders for resolution
- Lead talent acquisition agenda for offroll employees in the region
- Drive positive employee relations policies, practices, and programs
- Create and develop a strong governance framework that drives continuous process improvement
- Maintain MIS and database on HR related activities
- Establish personal trust and credibility with stakeholders (Associates / Managers / Agencies etc.)
- Assist the leadership to develop and implement scalable and innovative HR solutions, driving employee and manager accountability, and providing a workplace that is free from all forms of discrimination
- Provide training & coaching to Managers on HR issues

Educational Level
- MBA/ PG/ diploma in HR from premier b-school
- Knowledge of current employment laws Working Experience
- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience
- BFSI, E-commerce, Logistics preferred
- Must have handled a team
